What are the shipping costs for shipping within Germany?

Shipping costs for a tracked parcel shipment with DPD Germany are EUR 5.00. Alternatively, we also offer a shipping option with DHL for 6.50.

For orders over 80 Euros, we cover the shipping costs.  

Do you also ship internationally?

We currently only ship within Germany. 

Can I pick up my order?

Of course! If you're local, you can pick up your order. Simply enter your postcode at checkout and select the "Pick up" shipping option.  

What is the delivery time within Germany? 

We do our best to process your order so that it can be delivered to you within two to three working days. Please note that if you choose the "Prepayment" payment method, your order can only be shipped after payment has been received.

How do I know if my order has been shipped? 

As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation of shipment. 

My order hasn't arrived. What now?

Please contact us at shop@hugoandwilli.de  and we will help you track your package. Your order number and tracking number will significantly speed up our search, so please include them in your email. 

How can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with items from an order, you can return them to us within 14 days. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Processing time & refund

The processing of returns and refunds can take up to one week.

How is the merchandise packaged?

As we aim to conserve resources, your goods may arrive in used cardboard boxes.
